UCC Filings

The information contained in our "UCC Filings" data base is the same as that found in the public record. However, as attorneys, we realize our clients may not want this "public" information so widely disseminated. As a result, we have chosen to set up this page so that you will only be able to confirm anonomyous filing information. No personal information can be obtained from this page. We do keep more detailed information about each filing in our office computers. If you need more detailed information, please call our office during regular business hours and someone will be glad to help you.

To search our database, click on the little black arrow in the search box, scroll down and choose the UCC filing number you want to search by "Clicking" on that number. Then click the "Submit" button and your search results will appear on the "UCC Results" page.
