New Mortgage Loans

AMT&S represent many lenders who are making a new mortgage or cooperative loan to customers who are buying a new home or refinancing an existing mortgage. To assist you the customer, your attorney, and your mortgage broker, we have made it possible to access information about your file at anytime of the day or night. The information contained in each loan file is confidential. Therefore, in order to maintain your privacy, the information can only be accessed by entering two unique codes. They are:

YOUR LOAN NUMBER: This is the number your lender assigned to your loan application. You will find it on virtually every document you receive from the lender. If you are not sure what your loan number is, contact your lender or AMT&S.
