to I-278 South-West (Bruckner Expy)
to the Triborough Bridge
to the FDR Drive South
take the 23rd Street Exit (You'll actually be on 25th Street)
Go to 2nd Avenue and turn Left (going downtown)
turn Right onto 19th Street.

From The George Washington Bridge:
Upper Level - Stay to the Right
Lower Level - Stay to the Left
Take the Harlem River Drive (Last Exit in Manhattan)
Merge onto the FDR Drive South
take the 23rd Street Exit (You'll actually be on 25th Street)
Go to 2nd Avenue and turn Left (going downtown)
turn Right onto 19th Street.

From The Lincoln Tunnel:
Coming out of the tunnel,
Turn Right onto 9th Avenue
Turn Left onto West 23rd Street
Turn Right onto Park Avenue South
Turn Left onto East 20th Street
Turn Right onto Irving Place
Turn Right onto East 19th Street.

From The Holland Tunnel:
Coming out of the tunnel, turn slight Right onto Laight Street
Turn Right onto Canal Street
Turn Left onto Centre Street
Centre Street becomes Celveland Place
Turn Right onto Kenmare Street
Turn Left onto Bowery
Turn Slight Right onto Cooper Square
Cooper Square becomes 3rd Avenue
Turn Left onto East 19th Street.

From The Queens Midtown Tunnel:
Go through the Queens Midtown Tunnel
Coming out of the tunnel, follow the signs "Downtown"
Turn Right onto East 34th Street
Turn Right onto Park Avenue
Turn Left onto East 35th Street
Turn Left onto Park Avenue
Turn Left onto East 20th Street
Turn Right onto Irving Place
Turn Right onto East 19th Street.

From Brooklyn:
The Brooklyn Bridge:
Go over the bridge and take the right hand exit ramp for FDR Drive North
take the 23rd Street Exit
Go to 2nd Avenue and turn Left (going downtown)
turn Right onto 19th Street.

The Manhattan Bridge:
Go over the bridge and make slight Left onto Canal Street
Make a slight Right onto Bowery
Make s slight Right onto Cooper Square
Cooper Square becomes 3rd Avenue
turn Left onto 19th Street.

From Long Island:
Take the Long Island Expressway West (I-495 West)
Go through the Queens Midtown Tunnel
Coming out of the tunnel, follow the signs "Downtown"
Turn Right onto East 34th Street
Turn Right onto Park Avenue
Turn Left onto East 35th Street
Turn Left onto Park Avenue
Turn Left onto East 20th Street
